    I reached out to ADL due to a tricky financial situation. My salesman was Reuben, and I worked closely with the finance manager, Tom. First, this was the easiest buying process I’ve ever had at a dealer. Tom worked his butt off to find me the exact vehicle I wanted. He was extremely communicative and kind. I literally did all my shopping from home. He worked with me on my down payment and made sure to get me the best finance option. All the negotiations were done over text, which made things super easy. We ran into some cosmetic issues we didn’t notice on the truck I ended up purchasing. Tom was so understanding and offered to take the truck back. They ended up fixing ALL the cosmetic damage and provided me an Uber to pick the vehicle up! They also worked new tires into my deal.
